How can I ensure my account details are safe/protected?
From your side, TAKUMI operates a "no-password" authentication model in your mobile app, this means that in order to log into the TAKUMI app, you will always need to receive a new login link or login token on your email, this way you have no need to memorise or reuse passwords, which often leads to human security errors.
