How do I submit my tax information?
U.S. Payments
You will be required to submit your Tax information in order to receive payment.
If you live in the U.S. and you have not yet submitted your Tax information with TAKUMI, you will be required to do so next time you try to claim a payment.
Within the Submission Screen (via your TAKUMI App), you will able to choose between a W9 or a W8-BEN Tax Forms.
The form will open in your Phone's browser.
Please fill in all the relevant information and submit.
Afterwards you can return to the TAKUMI App, and select the option "I have submitted" RE: your Tax Form
This will alert us to request the status of your Tax Dorm, and if successful, you will be presented with a success screen and then be allowed to claim your payment!
