How & when can I claim my payment?

Once your content is live AND Insights have been submitted, you'll be able to claim your payment directly via the TAKUMI App within your set payment terms. Currently, our UK campaigns are net-60 and our US campaigns adhere to net-90. 

Once payment is claimable, your campaign status will update to "Payable", letting you know, payment is ready to be claimed! 

Select a campaign flagged as "Payable" from your TAKUMI App Home Screen
Select: "Claim My Reward"
Confirm your Bank Details, or edit if you need to, then select "Claim Reward"
Once claimed, please allow time for our Finance Team to manually process accordingly. This can take up to ~10 business days.



The claimed campaign can then be found from the "View History" option at the bottom of the home screen, or from the your TAKUMI Profile Screen - accessible from your the Profile Picture on the right-hand side of the home screen.
