I can't link my Instagram account.

If you are having difficulty linking your Facebook, please ensure the following:

Your 'Page' (previously named 'Facebook Page'), is correctly linked to the Instagram professional account you want to link with TAKUMI.

If Facebook shows you the screen: "You've previously linked TAKUMI to Facebook", always select the "Edit settings" option. This will make sure you can double-check all the options again, just in case something didn't go quite right last time you tried.

When linking from the TAKUMI app, select the correct 'Page' that is connected to the Instagram professional account you want to use.

Make sure you accept all the requested permissions.

If this is still not working for you, please make a screen recording video on your phone, clearly demonstrating all the steps you are following to link the account, and send it to our support team, this will really help us diagnose the issue further.
