I have a number of negative comments/trolls on my ad post. What should I do?

We are sorry you are experiencing negative comments and trolling on your content! We would advise to contact your TAKUMI Campaign Manager to being attention them of these comments. In most cases, you'll be advised to not respond as content would be for a sponsored post. We, of course, understand some comments can be extremely hurtful and offensive, so in this case we would advise you to remove the comments you are not comfortable having on your content.
