If you're having trouble logging into your TAKUMI App, please try the below options.
Ensure your TAKUMI App is up-to-date
Close the TAKUMI App and reopen
Ensure there's no space at the end of your email address
If you're still having trouble, please contact us at hello@takumi.com along with a screenshot or screen recording, clearly showing your steps and the issue you are facing.
If this is a case that you enter your email and cannot seem to receive a login/signup link, please make sure to check your spam mail, and even deleted messages just in case.
