I'm not receiving mobile notifications

So you are getting invited to campaigns, and you know you've accepted the pop-up allowing TAKUMI to send you mobile push notifications, but suddenly you are not getting any notifications on your mobile device? Well worry not, we have some pointers below to help you fix it ;-).

We occasionally also may need to request permissions to send you mobile notifications, this happens if you have just installed the app, or after a recent app update, or even sometimes after a system update for your mobile device. So be sure to accept those.


The experience is different depending if you are on an Apple iPhone or an Android device, so lets break it down by device.

If you are on an Apple iPhone device:

Open the Settings app
Scroll down until you find "TAKUMI" on the app list
Select "Notifications"
Enable "Allow Notifications"

If you are on an Google Android device:

Open your apps list, and find the TAKUMI app icon
Press and hold on the app icon until a menu appears
Select "App info"
Select "Notifications"
Enable "All TAKUMI notifications"

Thats it!

After these steps you should be all set to receive mobile notifications.
