I'm unable to link my content to the TAKUMI App. What do I do?
Not to worry! Our Campaign Managers will be able to handle all content linking via the TAKUMI Platform for you. Please also ensure your Facebook Page is linked to your App. This is a crucial requirement for all TAKUMI Campaign participants.

Insights will be requested 21 days after content is live
Instagram Reel
We're still currently experiencing errors linking Reels to our TAKUMI Platform. With that said, once your Reel is live, will then request insights in the proper amount of days. After, will then manually "Reject" your content - making payment claimable in the appropriate time.
Instagram Story
This may take some time for your TAKUMI Platform to register your live Stories but not to worry! Our Campaign Managers will continue to check on our end and link accordingly once we're able to.
In-Feed Post
If you're having trouble linking your In-Feed post, please ensure the required hashtag (#ad, #sponsored, etc.) is at the start of the caption.
