Remove TAKUMI app from Facebook
Has your Instagram/Facebook been previously linked to TAKUMI?
If your Instagram/Facebook have previously been linked to TAKUMI you may have experience some issues with re-linking it again:
Facebook only asks you to give your permission to TAKUMI once on initial linking and remembers your choice on their side. This causes the linking issue.
In order to resolve this problem you first need to remove TAKUMI app from your Facebook before re-linking. Follow the steps below in your Facebook app in order to do this:
Select "Menu" in the bottom right of the app
Scroll down to "Settings and Privacy"
Open it up and select "Settings"
Scroll down till you see "Your activity"
Select "Business Integrations"
This is where you'll find TAKUMI Facebook App
Open it up and scroll down till you see "Remove Business Integration"
Then remove it
You should now be able go through linking process again to connect your Instagram/Facebook to TAKUMI.
